E-Seed:
London Design Biennale, 2023
With Prof. Lining Yao, I designed an installation for the Morphing Matter Lab’s E-Seed project as a part of the Automorph Network at the London Design Biennale. The presentation consisted of two automated steamers with temperature, time, and water level sensors that were buried underneath a bed of perlite. Every 15 minute, steam emerged from hidden vents, actuating the humidity-responsive E-Seeds.
